- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent, or
- Proof of Age - 18 Years of Age (i.e. Driver's license, birth certificate, age of majority card, sin card, immigration papers) AND a passing grade of 70% on the mandatory Admissions Assessment
- The ability to read, write and converse fluently in the English language
- Grade 11 or 12 senior science (Hygiene only)
- Assessment Interview
- Completed medical forms
- Criminal Background Check (Hygiene only)
- Verification of Occupational Experience (if applicable)
